Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in End User Computing, IT Operations, or Infrastructure Support.
• Strong understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and inventory control processes.
• Experience supporting audits and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune/SCCM, endpoint security, and ITSM tools.
• Experience providing onsite support for network, server, and infrastructure teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
