Designer

Role Summary

The Designer will be responsible for producing high-quality documents and presentations efficiently and effectively as part of the client operations team. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on global client projects.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Design high-quality presentation templates from scratch.
• Convert handwritten, scanned, or PDF documents into professional slides using creativity and imagination.
• Format raw presentations according to client standards and templates.
• Deliver projects independently from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a self-quality checklist to ensure error-free output.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Positive attitude and strong sense of ownership.
• ADVANCED ENGLISH SKILLS (B2-C1)
• Excellent attention to detail and quality.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Adaptability to process changes and willingness to work rotating shifts

Shifts:

- Rotating shifts: Monday to Friday 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 9:30 PM

*10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Training) - 6 weeks*

Education and Experience

• High school graduates
• Freshers, professionals or students with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) basic experience.
