General Description:

Primarily technical work related to the development, maintenance, and support of Information Systems, typically under the supervision of a Project Manager, a Project Assistant

Nature of the tasks:

Requirements analysis

Process and data modelling, drawing up of functional and technical specifications

Prototyping Development of applications in accordance with the specifications

Development of unit and integration test suites, plans, and programs

Definition and integration of technological components Integration with other applications

Production of technical documentation

Assistance with training administrators and users of the system

Assistance with deployment and configuration of the system

Assist with evaluating and testing products delivered by other teams to ensure that they conform to the Parliament's requirements and methodology

Quality control

Test and acceptance


Professional Experience:

Experience of analysis and programming

Experience with UML or case tools

Experience with relational databases

Optionally, experience in UML, modelling tools, RDBMS, specific development tools or programming languages

Experience in one or more of the functional domains covered by the lots


Language Skills:

Good knowledge of English and French


Other Spcific expertise:

Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting Capability and experience in team working Ability to cope with fast-changing technologies used in application developments

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree
