Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation Strategy & Execution

  • Design and implement a scalable lead generation system to acquire customers in multiple regions.
  • Develop and manage **multi-channel campaigns **, leveraging ** SEO, paid advertising, LinkedIn, and AI-driven prospecting **.
  • Use AI-based lead generation platforms (e.g., Amplemarket, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, or similar) to optimize prospecting and outreach.
  • Oversee Google AdWords, PPC campaigns, and targeted paid advertising strategies.

2. CRM & Marketing Automation Infrastructure

  • Build and maintain a **lead management system within Salesforce CRM **, ensuring data is structured for ** automation and conversion tracking **.
  • Implement and optimize marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, or similar) to automate email and drip campaigns.
  • Leverage **AI-driven tools for automated outreach, personalized email campaigns, and customer targeting **.

3. Digital Marketing & SEO Optimization

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and organic lead acquisition.
  • Optimize website landing pages and content strategy for lead conversion.
  • Manage and improve **LinkedIn marketing campaigns **, including outreach and sponsored ads.
  • Track **key lead generation KPIs **, ensuring performance optimization and ROI maximization.

4. Data-Driven Optimization & Analytics

  • Implement lead scoring and segmentation models to identify high-converting prospects.
  • Analyze campaign data, sales funnel performance, and customer behavior insights to refine strategies.
  • Use AI-powered analytics and automation to continuously optimize lead generation efforts.

5. Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with the sales team to align lead generation strategies with revenue goals.
  • Coordinate with content marketers and designers to create compelling assets that drive engagement.
  • Lead the implementation of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies to target high-value clients.
