For a global leader in the trade credit insurance sector: Direct Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Conduct direct communication with B2B clients through calls, emails, meetings, and other outreach channels.
• Manage and approach a provided list of sales opportunities and potential business clients.
• Present the company’s insurance products and services to prospective and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with business clients.
• Identify client needs and propose suitable insurance solutions.
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle and support the closing of new business.
• Travel across Greece on an occasional basis for client meetings, presentations, and business development activities.
• Maintain accurate records of client communication, meetings, and sales progress.

Requirements

• Previous experience in direct sales, B2B sales, business development, or a similar commercial role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Confidence in approaching new clients through phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
• Ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Results-driven mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Professional attitude and ability to represent the company in client meetings.
• Willingness to travel across Greece when required.
• Good command of English and Greek.
• Experience in the insurance/credit insurance/financial services will be considered an advantage.
