• With at least 18 years of experience leading engineering teams, including extensive expertise in delivering Salesforce PDO solutions.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce managed packages, ensuring compliance with Appexchange requirements and achieving successful product launches.
• Drive end-to-end product development using Salesforce 2GP and 1GP packaging strategies, optimizing for scalability, maintainability, and measurable business growth
• Establish and enforce engineering standards, code quality, and security protocols across all PDO projects, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and client stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and deliver impactful, market-ready solutions
• Mentor and develop senior engineering leaders, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.

• Expertise in Salesforce Platform Development.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce 2GP (Second-Generation Packaging)
• Strong experience with Salesforce 1GP (First-Generation Packaging).
• Deep knowledge of Appexchange submission and compliance processes.
• Hands-on experience building, maintaining, and upgrading managed packages.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
• Experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines for PDO projects.
• Strong understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) in Salesforce environments.
• Ability to architect scalable, secure, and performant Salesforce solutions
• Experience with API integrations and third-party app development for Salesforce
