What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting our company's continued growth. In this role, you will:

• Schedule and coordinate service appointments
• Provide outstanding customer support over the phone and through electronic communication
• Maintain accurate customer records and account information
• Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Contribute to company growth through customer satisfaction and retention

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service or client support experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A positive attitude and desire to grow within the organization
• Experience with CRM systems is preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
