Employee Relations Intern

As part of the Human Resources Unit, the Employee Relations Intern will gain hands-on experience in supporting employee relations initiatives and maintaining a positive and productive workplace environment. The intern will assist the Employee Relations team in handling employee concerns, maintaining HR documentation, supporting employee engagement activities, and ensuring that employee-related processes are properly documented and implemented.

The role will involve assisting with employee concern management, HR case documentation, policy and compliance support, employee engagement activities, employee communications, and HR records maintenance. The intern will also coordinate with various internal stakeholders to support the timely resolution and proper documentation of employee-related matters.
