Executive - Logistics

We are looking for a collaborative team player to join our IT Manufacturing & Supply Chain team as a Executive - Logistics. You will support Infor ERP operations and projects globally, working mainly with IT colleagues and business users across regions.

What you will do

• Manage daily dispatch activities to ensure timely shipment of customer orders as per committed schedules

• Coordinate with warehouse teams and courier partners for order picking, packing, courier placement and dispatch execution

• Prepare and verify transport bills, freight invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans and PODs, and maintain accurate records for audit purposes

• Track shipments, investigate delivery exceptions and coordinate corrective actions for delayed, damaged or short deliveries

• Keep Customer Service teams updated on dispatch status, delivery schedules, shortages, delays and escalations, and ensure accurate ERP/TMS entries for dispatch, billing and freight costs

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports on dispatch volumes, delivery performance, freight costs and pending deliveries, and support freight cost tracking and inventory reconciliation in line with company SOPs and transportation regulations.

What you bring

• 5 years and above of experience in logistics, dispatch operations or supply chain coordination

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, commerce, business administration or a related field

• Experience in logistics billing, freight reconciliation, MIS preparation and customer coordination

• Working knowledge of ERP/TMS systems and MS Office, with good proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and reporting)

• Understanding of transportation documentation, GST-related logistics documentation, e-way bills and freight billing processes

• Good communication, problem solving and follow-up skills, with experience in transporter management and POD reconciliation.
