Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned export territory
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities
  • Promote and specify the company’s solutions directly on-site to clients and partners
  • Negotiate sales agreements and define commercial terms and conditions for each account
  • Ensure profitability and sustainable growth across assigned accounts
  • Coordinate with Customer Service and Logistics teams to support smooth order deliveries
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department on promotional and trade marketing activities
  • Analyze market trends and identify new sales opportunities in existing and new markets
  • Build long-term partnerships with architects, engineering firms, and specialist contractors
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales budgets and performance targets
  • Travel regularly within the assigned region to visit customers and points of sale
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings when required

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on business development or sales experience, ideally within a technical or industrial environment
  • University degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Economics, or a related field; Business Administration is a plus
  • Experience in the construction industry or building materials sector is considered an advantage
  • Previous experience working in multinational organizations
  • Fluency in Greek and French, with a strong understanding of French business culture
  • Good command of English; Spanish is considered a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of product life cycles and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
