About the Role

Are you creative, commercially minded, and experienced in developing food and beverage concepts for a premium hospitality environment?

As an F&B Product team member at Savaya, you will support the development, refinement, and delivery of the venue’s food and beverage offering. You will work across menus, products, presentation, and operational standards to create a distinctive guest experience while supporting quality, consistency, and commercial performance.

This is an opportunity to contribute to a leading hospitality venue in Bali, working closely with the Culinary, Bar, Operations, Marketing, and Procurement teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the development and refinement of food and beverage products, menus, and concepts

• Research hospitality trends, guest preferences, and competitor offerings to identify product opportunities

• Work with Culinary and Bar teams to develop recipes, beverage selections, and product specifications

• Coordinate tastings and gather feedback from internal teams and guests

• Help ensure food and beverage products meet Savaya’s quality, presentation, and brand standards

• Support menu updates, product launches, seasonal promotions, and special event offerings

• Prepare and maintain product documentation, including recipes, specifications, and menu information

• Review product performance and support analysis of sales, guest feedback, costs, and profitability

• Work with Cost Control and Procurement to assess pricing, sourcing, availability, and margins

• Coordinate with Operations to support smooth implementation of new products and menu changes

• Help ensure products are practical to prepare and serve consistently in a busy venue

• Monitor product quality and raise opportunities for improvement with relevant teams

• Support compliance with food safety, hygiene, allergen, and other relevant procedures

• Perform other food and beverage product responsibilities assigned by management

Could This Be You?

• Have experience in food and beverage product development, menu development, culinary, bar operations, or a related hospitality role

• Have a strong interest in food, drinks, hospitality trends, and guest experience

• Are creative and able to turn ideas into practical products that can be delivered consistently

• Understand the relationship between product quality, guest satisfaction, cost, and profitability

• Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Are confident coordinating tasks and working across different departments

• Communicate clearly and respond constructively to feedback

• Are comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Take a hands-on, proactive approach and are willing to support operational teams when needed

• Understand food safety, hygiene, and allergen awareness requirements

• Have professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage

It Would Be an Advantage If You Have

• Experience in a premium restaurant, hotel, resort, beach club, or other high-volume hospitality venue

• Experience developing menus, recipes, cocktails, or beverage programmes

• Knowledge of menu engineering, recipe costing, pricing, and product performance analysis

• Experience supporting product launches, promotions, or special events

• Familiarity with food and beverage trends and supplier sourcing
