Role Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing food-related purchase orders using the Oracle system. Your daily tasks will include entering purchase orders, creating reports for various departments, and receiving and managing resources through the system to ensure smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Purchase Order Entry: Efficiently and accurately enter food-related purchase orders into the Oracle system.
• Reporting: Create detailed reports for all departments regarding purchase and inventory status.
• Resource Management: Receive resources through the system and manage them to ensure timely availability.

Requirements:

• Education: University degree required Business, or related fields.
• Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

• Computer Skills: Good
• Language Skills: Good

• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills for inter-departmental coordination.
