Key Responsibilities:

Customer support to German, Italian and French speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels.

Support our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our products and services.

Actively work on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants.

Closely work with other departments together, for example Sales and Marketing.

24/7 Monday to Sunday rotative shifts

07:00 - 16:00

14:00 - 23:00

22:30 - 07:30

Requirements

To be able to work under pressure and to have good stress management; To decide quickly and to be agile; To be confident and independent; To feel comfortable with repetitive tasks.

French C2 level

English B2/C1 - the agent needs to be able to write reports to the client in English and understand the communication shared within the team.

Travel costs - Reimbursement of Airfare at the end of the 6th month of contract - up to 400€ in Economy class

Accomodation - Relocation from outside of Portugal: Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months, with rent of 280€ with all utilities bills included (discounted directly from the payslip)

Relocation from inside of Portugal: we don't provide unless the candidates are currently in the accomodation of competitors
