French Talent Recruitment Consultant – Accounting/Finance

Our Talented Vision:

Talented International is one of Europe’s newest and one of a few fully Technology based Recruitment start-up. We have implemented the latest HR Technologies including AI in several parts of our process, to enable our consultants, clients and candidates to have an amazing experience. We are currently expanding to develop our innovative model and are looking to recruit new Consultants to build relationships with our candidates and clients. We are interested in motivated, tech savvy, commercially driven and strong communicators, who are looking to join our interesting Tech driven International Recruitment company.
While most agencies will need you to continue using the same outdated tools and processes and spend a lot of time on menial tasks, we use new technologies and advanced processes to simplify our lives and increase our results, focusing on the relationship building part.
In addition, Talented aims to offer our teams, the most exciting and fun recruitment environment available on the market, similar to Tech Start-up companies, but for the recruitment sector. With our unique model, we also plan to launch in several countries in Europe and the USA.

Our expectations of you: Build relationships with clients and candidates

You will be involved in the full recruitment cycle, focusing on building and nurturing great candidate relationships, to excellent talent selection and assessment. You will also be involved in managing your clients’ portfolio. In this role, you will:

· Have a list of active and passive positions in France

· Have full use of great Recruitment Technologies to be very efficient on finding and selecting the right talent!

For the rest, well, you will be talking to candidates and clients, and will only focus on the quality part of the role, and making more placements…

Qualifications

How you can BE Talented with us:

Number 1 priority: Have a Great personality, a Smart thinking attitude and Amazing communication skills

For the rest:

· At least 6 months/1 years’ experience and a strong initial start in the recruitment industry

· You will be well knowledgeable in the Accounting and Finance industry, and ideally have recruited for those roles

· Have good experience in a sales/negotiation related environment, building relationships, as you will need to present our model and methods to potential clients. But don’t worry, we use the latest CRM and lead tools as well, so no cold calling.

· Motivated, dynamic and driven to work towards greater things and achieve great client satisfaction

· Have a very logical mind frame

· Genuine interest in people and the recruitment industry

· Strong interest in new technologies is desired

· Great attention to details

· Good English, to work with some clients internationally, and of course a native level of French. if you can speak another European language… well, wonderful, as you will be able to do even more interesting work!

Please note that all of our roles are currently on remote working, however, you should be a resident or willing to relocate either in Spain or in Ireland for your employment contract.
When we go back to an office environment, we will have flexible working with part of the time in the office and part remotely.
