As a Travel Support Advisor with French and English you will be a part of a great team and all together will:

• ● Daily communication with customers
• ● Respond to client's requests and provide accurate information
• ● Be positive and supportive As a candidate, you do not need to have experience in a similar role but you should be fluent in French and English. Also, an IATA certificate will be a plus.

Requirements

• Very good knowledge in French language (C1 or similar) for daily communication with customers
• Good command of English (B1 or similar) for training and internal communication
• Demonstrating empathy
• Desire to help customers as best as possible and willing to contribute to the team’s success / be a team-player
• Result-oriented with personal performance
• Friendly and outgoing personality
