About the Role

We're looking for a Frontend Developer who cares as much about the user experience as the code behind it. You'll join a team that values quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement. From your first day, you'll contribute to the interfaces that shape how professionals and citizens across Estonia interact with mission-critical systems.

You'll thrive here if you:

• Have 2+ years of experience as a software developer.
• Build web interfaces with a JavaScript-based framework such as React, Angular, Next.js, or similar.
• Are comfortable working with REST web services and writing automated tests.
• Hold a degree in IT or a natural sciences field, or have the hands-on experience to match.
• Are motivated by clean code, thoughtful UI, and getting the details right.
• Are comfortable working in both Estonian and English (at least B2 level).

Nice to have experience:

• An eye for UX/UI design, responsive design principles, or prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Full-stack instincts - if you also enjoy backend or devops, you'll have room to work across the stack here.
