Junior Developer

About the Role

We're looking for a Junior Developer who's ready to grow in a supportive, high-performing environment. You'll join a team that values quality, learning, and collaboration. From your first day, you'll contribute to real projects that support and shape Estonia's mission-critical systems.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Is pursuing or has completed a Bachelor's degree in IT or a natural sciences field.
• Has at least 6 months of internship or work experience in development projects involving relational databases and Java.
• Has exposure to or working knowledge of Spring framework, REST and SOAP web services, and writing automated unit tests.
• Is motivated by problem-solving, clean code, and continuous improvement.
• Feels comfortable with both Estonian and English (at least B2 level).
