Project Manager

About the Role

We're looking for an Project Manager who can bridge the gap between complex business needs and elegant technical solutions. Someone who can see the big picture without losing sight of the details, and who knows how to navigate ambiguous challenges with confidence.

You'll work closely with our development teams and stakeholders to shape how Estonia's mission-critical systems evolve, turning real-world problems into clear, actionable solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Holds a higher education degree in IT.
• Has at least 3 years of experience as an IT analyst or project manager.
• Has hands-on experience with business process optimization, UML modelling and building prototypes.
• Asks "why" before asking "how" and knows how to turn the answer into a plan.
• Communicates clearly in both Estonian and English (at least B2 level).
