Currently, Bruegger’s is hiring General Production and Warehouse professionals to join the team at our Minneapolis, MN Commissary. These roles include Mixers, Production, Shipping, Receiving, and Expeditors. Bruegger’s creates a strong cross-training program where you are able to diversify and expand your skills in a growing company.

Responsibilities:

-Provide safe and efficient operation of any warehouse equipment

-Accurately receive all products as per Bruegger’s receiving standards

-Properly fill in receiving log for every delivery

-Ensure perfect expediting of store orders as per daily pick sheets/reports

-Maintain a clean and sanitary environment continuously in all warehouse areas

-Ensure proper rotation and organization of all products as per Bruegger’s Standards

-Ensure all paperwork is filled in properly

-Ensure waste/damage is a focus and kept to a minimum

-Ensure all warehouse areas are in “ready” state for the next days work

-Communicate all quality, mechanical or safety concerns to Management

-Other reasonable duties as assigned by Commissary Management

Qualifications

Requirements:

Complete Bruegger’s standards-

-Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices

-Knowledge of Sanitation Programs and procedures

-Knowledge of Safety Programs and warehouse equipment

-Knowledge of Lock-out/Tag-out program

-Ability to be productive in a fast-paced environment

-Ability to bend and stand for long periods of time

-Ability to lift up to 100 lbs

-Ability to function in a team based environment

-Must be able to pass a basic math skill test
