Job Summary

The HR Personnel Specialist is responsible for managing personnel operations and employee onboarding processes, ensuring full compliance with labor law, social insurance regulations, and company policies. The role supports employee lifecycle activities, maintains accurate personnel records, and ensures a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full onboarding process for newly hired employees.
  • Prepare hiring documents, and employee personnel files.
  • Ensure completion and accuracy of all employee documentation and records.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and personnel systems.
  • Follow up on probation periods, contract renewals, resignations, and terminations.
  • Coordinate medical checks, onboarding orientation, and required joining procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor law, company policies, and internal procedures.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to personnel and onboarding matters.
  • Prepare periodic personnel reports and maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
  • Support HR audits and ensure confidentiality of employee information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Personnel and Onboarding functions.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and social insurance procedures.
  • Experience in FMCG or manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience using HR systems or ERP systems is an advantage.
