Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a local information strategy in line with the company’s policies and standards
  • Set performance objectives for Credit Analysts and actively support their professional growth
  • Oversee data management processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability
  • Proactively identify, assess, and introduce new data sources through structured data-hunting activities
  • Contribute to budget planning in accordance with provided guidelines and instructions
  • Continuously oversee and enhance information-related processes
  • Closely monitor buyer developments and supervise the evaluation and assessment of buyer creditworthiness
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with local information providers
  • Foster effective collaboration with internal stakeholders, particularly Credit Underwriters and Surety teams
  • Manage direct interactions and on-site visits with key and strategic buyers
  • Take part in relevant local economic, financial, and industry events
  • Ensure that appropriate training frameworks and development plans are in place for the team
  • Implement, monitor, and enforce the correct application of the manual grading methodology

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field
  • Proven professional experience within information, risk underwriting, or related functions, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role
  • Deep understanding of the local credit insurance market, strong knowledge of local business information, and solid awareness of the local economic environment, including current conditions and trends
  • Strong expertise in finance and credit management, supported by advanced economic and financial analysis skills
  • Ability to identify effective and sustainable solutions while adapting positively to ongoing change
  • Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills, with the capacity to motivate teams and work collaboratively
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, enabling effective interaction with individuals from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds
  • Tactful, professional, and effective when handling sensitive or confidential matters
  • High level of proficiency in English
