Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a small institutional sales team

  • Drive sales of liquidity for financial instruments

  • Support ongoing institutional client services

  • Assist in executing marketing initiatives and projects

  • Organize daily team operations and sales processes

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in liquidity sales to institutions and brokers

  • Strong leadership skills or experience managing sales/support teams

  • Excellent knowledge of financial markets, competition, and key products (CFDs, Options, Crypto)

  • Proven track record in B2B financial sales

  • Highly organized with strong communication and management skills

  • Experience in marketing projects is a plus
