Head of Offline Expansion

The role oversees the day-to-day planning, execution, and strategic development of PayJoy's most important offline expansion projects across the country—including managing project scope, timelines, and deliverables; coordinating stakeholders across all levels of our partners' organization structure; driving cross-functional execution of marketing efforts; and steering sales initiatives to hit project milestones and targets.

Own the end-to-end commercial strategy for national expansion, setting growth plans, priorities, and P&L outcomes across all workstreams.

Drive new store expansion end to end—site selection and market research, lease negotiation, new store openings (design, activation, merchandising, logistics), and staff training for smooth handoff to operations.

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to consistently exceed commercial targets through SOP creation and workflow improvement.

Build and govern strategic partner/vendor relationships nationally, mitigating risks and representing business performance to regional and global leadership.

Lead flagship initiatives from strategy through delivery, directing cross-functional teams and owning the reporting narrative to senior leadership.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field from a reputable university (UI, ITB, UGM, or overseas).

8+ years of experience in business development and sales operations while leading a team to consistently exceed revenue targets.

Proven experience in retail/offline store expansion—site selection, new store openings, and scaling physical footprint across multiple locations.

Demonstrated previous experience in leading and managing an effective sales team, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving team engagement.

Hyper-local thinking, able to tailor GTM strategy into local market trends.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Exceptional ability to handle pressure from internal and external stakeholders while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
