Head of Product

We're looking for a strategic, customer-centric, and hands-on Head of Product to lead our Product function and drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our growing product portfolio.

About the Role

As the Head of Product, you will own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes across our products. You'll lead and mentor a team of Product Owners, collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and executive leadership, and ensure we're building products that customers love while achieving measurable business impact.

This role also plays a key part in driving our product expansion across the Egyptian and GCC markets through effective market-entry strategies, localization, and go-to-market execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners, fostering a high-performing product organization.
• Drive product discovery through customer research, market analysis, and data-driven insights.
• Prioritize product initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and strategic objectives.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Define and monitor product KPIs, including customer adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
• Own customer communication related to product direction, roadmap, and feedback.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to support product growth across Egypt and the GCC.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in Product Management, including at least 4 years in a senior product leadership role.
• Proven experience building and scaling SaaS, web, or mobile products.
• Strong background in product strategy, discovery, roadmap planning, and Agile product delivery.
• Experience leading and mentoring Product Owners or Product Managers.
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in product metrics and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience working with product tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Experience with the Egypt and GCC markets is highly desirable.
