About this role

Reporting to the Senior Executive Officer (SEO) the main duties will be the strategic management and growth of the Wealth Management department of ADSI, with a focus on Assets under Management (AuM) and Return on AuM (RoA). Day-to-day activities include, but are not limited to:

Identify and acquire new clients, and grow existing clients;
Advise clients on their investment, banking and wealth management needs;
Conduct client portfolio performance reviews with the Investment Team;
Manage, train and lead the team of Relationship Managers (RMs) and Assistant RMs in acquiring, managing and maintaining clients and achieving their targets;
Undertake periodic performance reviews with all Wealth Management team members;
Oversee and monitor all client-related activities, including client onboarding and account opening, KYC, preparing and filing documentation, updating records, answering queries, executing and following-up on trades, transactions, transfers, payments and corporate actions, preparing client statements, and any other tasks required;
Assure all systems, databases and client information are continuously updated;
Identify and recruit team members as and when required;
Represent the company in front of prospects, client, business partners and at events;
Represent the company in front of the regulator and authorities on Wealth Management related issues;
Promote and cross-sell company and group products and services, including Wealth Management, Asset Management, Asset Structuring and Brokerage;
Review periodically processes and manuals of the company and its products to maximize efficiency and clients' experience;
Work closely with all Company departments to ensure strategic growth and efficient operations, including Compliance, Risk and AML, Legal, Finance, Trading and Advisory, Back-office and operations, Asset Management and Asset Structuring;
Work closely with external partners including External Asset Managers, Custodians, Brokers and service providers (IT, Legal, etc. ), etc.;
Implement systems of control are applied and ensure the company and the team is abiding at all time by the newest regulatory requirements and processes (compliance, AML, ADSI policies and procedures, ADGM / UAE law), with the support of operations and compliance teams;
Work with the SEO, other board members and delegated ADS Group members to develop corporate goals, define new strategies and business plans, and track performance.
