- Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies
- Develop and implement media and PR campaigns
- Manage the social media communications for the company
- Develop high-quality content for use on a wide range channels, including website and social media, press releases, internal and external communications (including virtual space), articles and newsletters and all client and other stakeholder communications.
- Prepare and/or edit all communication support templates and documents, including but not limited to:
- Corporate presentations
- Investment proposals
- Social media publications
- Emails and newsletters
- Podcasts
- Powerpoint, word and all other templates
- Manage marketing and communications service providers and agencies.
- Establish and grow relationships with key journalists, influencers and stakeholders
- Maintain a database of key media professionals, journalists, influencers and stakeholders up to date
- Prepare clear corporate messages and ensure that it is deployed consistently across the group and to all external stakeholders
- Lead all communication, marketing and public relations planning and execution and monitor progress.
- Evaluate performance of communications and media campaigns.
- Keep track of media coverage and compiling statistics and metrics.
- Respond to inquiries from the media and scheduling interviews
- Organize and participate in press conferences
- Identify methods for enhancing the company’s reputation or brand recognition
- Maintain competitive landscape analysis and positioning
