Key Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a warm and friendly welcome
• Seats guests and provides menus
• Assists guests with inquiries or special requests
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the host station
• Manages waitlists and reservations
• Collaborates with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Provides excellent customer service throughout the dining experience
• Handles guest complaints or concerns professionally
• Assists with other guest services as needed

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Previous experience in guest relations or customer service preferred
• Familiarity with Toast or similar restaurant systems a plus
• Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calm professionalism

• Regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear
• Frequently required to use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, and reach with hands and arms
• Regularly required to lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds
