We welcome candidates who can handle a wide range of back-office duties, with a focus on labor relations, as well as general affairs and other related areas. We especially welcome those who aspire to become professionals in labor and general affairs, as well as those who wish to take on a broader range of back-office responsibilities beyond their current areas of expertise.

上記に加え、ご経験によりお任せしたいこと
Human Resources:
- Managing attendance records and various HR procedures
- Handling employee onboarding and offboarding, contract management, and onboarding support
- Payroll processing, insurance, and tax procedures
- Coordinating regular health checkups and compliance with labor laws
- Improving and automating various HR workflows
- Handling other HR procedures and responding to employee inquiries, etc.
General Affairs
- Ordering and managing devices and office supplies
- Managing office facilities
- Managing various documents, etc.
In addition to the above, responsibilities may include the following based on your experience:
- Mid-career hiring operations, recruitment strategy, and outreach
- Organizational development and survey administration
- Support for performance evaluation system operations and improvements
- Support for organizational strategy development
- Strengthening internal controls in preparation
