ROLES ACCOUNTABILITIES:
IHM Maintenance
• Examine purchase orders and raise queries with vendors for clarification or corrections.
• Review Material Declarations (MD) and Supplier Declarations of Conformity (SDoC) submitted by vendors to ensure adequacy and compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors for revision and timely resubmission of MDs and SDoCs.
• Maintain and update operational records, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.
• Monitor and process fleet-related documentation and system records for document management.
Other Projects
• Assist during site supervision of recycling projects and ship visits
Requirements
KEY SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES:
Technical skills
• Office 365, Auto CAD
• Ability to work with AI-assisted tools and validate data accuracy.
Professional skills
• IHM Maintenance / Non Destructive Testing / Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement
• Good business communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to review technical compliance documents.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
• Bachelor of science, BE (Naval Arch, Mechanical)
• Minimum 1 years working experience.
• Prior experience in marine on-site projects (preferred)
