As a Junior Influencer & Partnerships Manager, you will support the development and maintenance of relationships with our partners and participate in creating strategies that expand the reach and effectiveness of our marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with partners within the XTB partner program

  • Acquiring new partners and actively searching for new opportunities for marketing cooperation

  • Monitoring the performance of partner campaigns and reporting results

  • Supporting the analysis of partner network performance and optimization of promotional activities

  • Managing and overseeing the partner system, including verifying billing and contracts

  • Cooperating with the marketing team on creating creative promotional formats

    • Requirements:

  • Good organizational skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Knowledge of English at minimum B2 level (mandatory)

  • University degree or study in final years (preferred fields: management, marketing, economics, finance)

  • Team-oriented approach and ability to build long-term relationships

  • Time management skills and excellent organizational abilities

  • Willingness to develop knowledge in the field of financial markets

    • An advantage is:

    Interest in financial markets or experience with investing

    Experience with B2B cooperation and influencer marketing
