The Installation Technician is responsible for facilitating new customer account activation in-person onsite at our client's locations (throughout Chicagoland). The Installation Technician will walk new customers through setting up credit card processing terminals, gateways, and mobile chip readers. Install needed soft and hardware. Troubleshoot, exude professionalism, and stellar customer service. The Installation Technician will receive hands-on training and is expected to be a subject matter expert with all of our product offerings.
What You’ll Do:
Create a sense of urgency! Working with our new customers in-person to assist them with installing their new Merchant Services equipment, as well as activation, troubleshooting, and testing of their equipment.Clearly and patiently walk customers through our activation stepsBe committed to constant learning and development; every day you will learn something new that will make you better! Provide excellent service to all of our customersWork cross-functionally with other team members under a common goal of supporting new customers
