About the Role

We are seeking an Inventory & Warehousing Specialist to support accurate and efficient warehouse operations. This role is critical to ensuring ** inventory accuracy, organization, and smooth product flow** as we continue to grow.

You will take ownership of inventory processes, work cross-functionally with operations and fulfillment, and help build scalable systems that support a high-performing warehouse environment.

What You’ll Do

Inbound Receiving & Inventory Setup

• Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
• Label, log, and stage products for proper storage
• Assign and maintain accurate bin locations for all inventory
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate resolution with internal teams

Inventory Accuracy & Control

• Maintain accurate inventory records across warehouse locations
• Perform routine cycle counts and support full inventory audits
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Ensure all inventory movements and adjustments are properly recorded

Warehouse Organization & Optimization

• Maintain clean, organized shelves, bins, and storage areas
• Evaluate warehouse layout and improve space utilization
• Recommend and support improvements to labeling, workflows, and processes
• Help implement scalable systems as operations grow

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with fulfillment to ensure accurate picking and order flow
• Support operational workflows by staging materials and tracking inventory
• Collaborate with internal teams on system updates and process improvements

Requirements

*   2–5 years of experience in **warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics**
*    Strong understanding of **inventory processes** (receiving, cycle counting, reconciliation) 
*    Experience using **inventory systems (WMS, ERP, or similar tools)**
*    High attention to detail and strong organizational skills 
*    Ability to work independently and manage processes end-to-end 
*    Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and lifting items as needed 

Nice to Have

*    Experience with Shopify, ERP systems, or manufacturing workflows 
*    Background in fast-paced or scaling operations environments
