Shipping & Operations Specialist | Warehousing

About the Role

We are seeking a Shipping & Operations Specialist to join our team and support daily warehouse and fulfillment activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring ** accurate order processing, efficient inventory management, and timely shipments to customers **.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment & Shipping

• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare shipments and ensure all documentation is complete
• Coordinate with shipping carriers for pickups and tracking
• Use warehouse systems to process and update orders

Inventory Management

• Receive, organize, and store incoming inventory
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Monitor stock levels and support replenishment processes
• Maintain organized storage areas to improve workflow efficiency

Quality & Safety

• Ensure all shipments meet quality and packaging standards
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Identify and report process improvements or operational issues

Returns & Support

• Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company guidelines
• Support internal teams with order status and shipment inquiries

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years warehouse or fulfillment experience.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and shipping software.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
