About the Role
We’re looking for a Warehouse Specialis t to join our growing team in a dynamic, early-stage environment. This is not a traditional warehouse role—you’ll play a key part in both ** operational execution and technical support **, working closely with our Head Technician and Logistics Lead.

What You’ll Do
Warehouse Operations & Fulfillment
- Organize, track, pack, and fulfill shipments of espresso machines and small equipment
- Receive purchase orders, build kits, and maintain accurate inventory of parts and products
Technical Support
- Assist technicians with cleaning, testing, and basic diagnostics of espresso machines
- Disassemble and reassemble external machine components
- Prepare machines for shipment, including quality checks
Product Preparation & Presentation
- Clean and prepare equipment for product photography
- Take high-quality photos for internal and customer-facing use
Process Improvement & General Support
- Support ongoing improvements in workflows and organization
- Take on ad hoc operational tasks as the business scales
Requirements

Experience & Skills
- 4+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory control
- Proven ability to manage shipping, receiving, and inventory processes with accuracy
- Strong technical aptitude; comfortable working with mechanical equipment
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
