IQF Shift Operations & Planning Section Head | IQF

Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning and Scheduling:
   • Develop production schedules to meet targets.
   • Forecast resource needs (labor, equipment, materials).
   • Coordinate production flow between departments.
2. Process Management:
   • Oversee daily production activities.
   • Ensure products meet quality standards.
   • Optimize production processes to improve efficiency.
3. Budgeting and Cost Control:
   • Manage production budgets.
   • Monitor costs and strive for cost-effective production.
   • Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
4. Team Management:
   • Supervise and motivate production staff.
   • Recruit, train, and evaluate team members.
   • Ensure adherence to safety protocols.
5. Quality Control:
   • Implement and monitor quality assurance systems.
   • Resolve production issues and enforce corrective measures.
6. Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
   • Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
   • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
7. Continuous Improvement:
   • Identify opportunities for process improvements.
   • Implement lean manufacturing or other methodologies for efficiency.
8. Compliance and Safety:
   • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
   • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.

1. Build , Recruit, Onboard, Train A New Team For the Shift ( Recruit over 10 New Team Members)

2. Put PFR

( Policies , Process , Procedures ) To Run all Functions and Teams

( Forms ) Put in Order and Control the Circuation of All Forms

( Report ) Cirucalte and Issue Weekly, Daily, Monthly Wuarterly Reports For The Different Department And Management

3. Make A Stronger Culture That Can Foster Quality and Control on the Final Product.
