Phase 3 Productions is seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT & Streaming Support Specialist to strengthen our digital, virtual, and broadcast ecosystem. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving technical challenges, and is excited to support one of Jamaica’s leading event, media, and broadcast production companies.


Key Responsibilities

IT Support & Systems Management

  • Provide day-to-day IT support for staff across multiple locations
  • Set up and configure laptops, mobile devices, printers, software, and user accounts
  • Manage Wi-Fi networks, basic server access, Google Workspace, and device security
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and support onboarding/offboarding processes


Streaming & Virtual Event Support

  • Set up, test, and manage streaming links on Zoom, Teams, YouTube Live, Vimeo, etc.
  • Support virtual and hybrid events with reliable audio/video connectivity
  • Conduct tech checks and assist presenters and clients with virtual platforms


Digital Signage Monitoring & Support

  • Assist with setup and remote monitoring of digital signage players and systems
  • Respond to system alerts and coordinate on-site follow-ups with technical teams


Broadcast System Support

  • Perform basic updates, firmware installations, and configuration backups
  • Assist production teams with network tasks, device testing, and event readiness


Network, Security & Infrastructure Management

  • Manage network and security infrastructure across offices, warehouses, OB units, and event sites
  • Implement network monitoring and maintain secure configuration backups
  • Oversee device standards through MDM/endpoint management tools
  • Create and enforce cybersecurity policies (MFA, access control, encryption, EDR)
  • Run vulnerability checks, patch cycles, and manage secure user access
  • Maintain incident response and disaster recovery procedures


Documentation & Process Improvement

  • Maintain IT and streaming SOPs, network diagrams, logs, and troubleshooting guides
  • Recommend improvements to enhance reliability, efficiency, and cybersecurity


Qualifications

  • 2–4 years’ experience in IT support, technical support, or AV/streaming
  • Solid understanding of networking, device setup, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Zoom/Teams and virtual event platforms
  • Familiarity with broadcast or AV equipment is an asset
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA, CCNA, Google IT Support, etc.)
