Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for Junior Financial Operations Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor a portfolio of syndicated lending and Structured Finance transactions.
• Coordinate communication with Agent Banks, facility managers, participating lenders, and other external stakeholders.
• Review and ensure the completeness of contractual, legal, and collateral documentation files.
• Record, update, and maintain financing and collateral information in banking systems.
• Monitor outstanding actions and ensure timely execution and resolution of pending activities.
• Support internal audits, control reviews, and data quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with operational procedures and service standards.
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.

• Previous experience in banking operations, corporate lending, syndicated loans, or Structured Finance will be considered as an asset.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Multi-tasking and organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
