• You drive the localization of marketing campaigns and tailored content to successfully capture the Polish market alongside the Country Manager
• Close collaboration with cross-functional teams like Logistics, Customer Service, and Marketing to ensure seamless operations
• Translating and localizing high-impact sales campaigns, engaging newsletters, and fashion content from English into Polish
• Monitoring Polish market trends, key competitors, influencer partnerships, and service developments to keep us ahead of the curve
• Carrying out continuous quality assurance on our website to deliver a flawless, high-converting shopping experience
• Managing daily operations while keeping a sharp eye on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Conducting deep-dive market analyses to uncover exciting new growth opportunities in Poland

Qualifications

• Native-level Polish language skills, both written and spoken, with a strong feeling for local nuances
• Fluency in English for daily communication in an international team (German is a plus)
• Initial hands-on experience in business development, project management, customer service, or logistics
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially solid Excel skills
• Strong communication abilities, analytical thinking, and a solution-oriented mindset
