Junior Relationship Manager

Location: Prague, Czech Republic

Do you follow financial markets and like talking to investors and traders? We’re looking for a Polish-speaking Junior Relationship Manager to join our Prague team.

The role

You’ll work with a portfolio of high-value clients, get to know how they invest, and help those relationships develop. It’s a hands-on role that mixes real conversations about the markets with clear commercial goals. You’ll work closely with clients and colleagues across trading and technology, supported by Saxo’s global platform and wide range of products.

Responsibilities

As a Junior Relationship Manager, you’ll take responsibility for a portfolio of high-value clients and help grow their potential year over year. You’ll stay close to clients, reconnect with those who have become less active, build stronger relationships, and help them make better use of Saxo’s products and services.

You’ll be the person our clients turn to. By understanding how they trade and what matters to them, you’ll make sure they receive personal, reliable support. You’ll also team up with colleagues across Saxo to resolve issues and identify opportunities that could help clients reach Elite status.

You’ll introduce clients to trading tools, products, and solutions that fit their needs. You’ll share relevant platform updates and product launches, guide clients through due-diligence requests, and keep your work in line with our internal policies and regulatory requirements.

You’ll also meet clients in person and build relationships through seminars and other events.

Your main priorities will be:

• Growing revenue by developing the portfolio, supporting clients, and bringing in referrals
• Helping clients progress by working closely with teams across Saxo
• Giving clients personal, high-quality service while keeping everything compliant

Your profile

This could be a good fit if you’re early in your career, have completed your studies, and bring two to five years of client facing experience. You should communicate clearly and have a genuine interest in financial markets.

• Fluency in Polish, both spoken and written. English is a must, another CEE language huge advantage.
• Passion for financial markets and trading

• Experience working directly with clients in trading, brokerage, private banking, or financial markets
• A commercial mindset and the confidence to find new opportunities

• Curiosity, resilience, and motivation to grow

• Willingness to relocate to Prague and make the city your home 😊
