A prestigious 5 stars Hotel based in central London is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and professional Junior Sous Chef. The Hotel has several F&B outlets offering a 2AA Rosette service, afternoon tea and many other tasty menus.

Our ideal Junior Sous Chef will be a well organize person, able to manage a big brigade and capable to jump in different sections to support and motivate the team. Candidate must have 5-star or 4-star experience, happy to work closely with the Sous Chef and head chef to run and maintain smooth running of the kitchen.
