A Unique Group is now looking to recruit an enthusiastic and professional Junior Sous Chef for one of its fine dining site in central London. The Restaurant offers a Michelin Star service, through a super fresh and innovative British Testing Menu.

Our ideal Junior Sous Chef will be a well organize person, able to work alongside a big brigade and capable to jump in different sections to support and motivate the team. The ideal candidate must have Michelin star or AA experience, happy to work closely with the Sous Chef and Head chef to run and maintain smooth running of the kitchen.
