MetroGreenscape is hiring for full-time Lawn Maintenance positions.

Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader

Lawn Maintenance Driver non-CDL

You will work with a team using hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruners, saws, hedge or brush cutters, and axes. Duties include leaf removal, watering sod, trees, or plants using a portable sprinkler system, hoses, or watering cans, and pruning or trimming trees, shrubs, or hedges. The crew member will pick up and dispose of trash or debris on all properties. You may also operate mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, electric clippers, or sod cutters. We work Monday - Friday plus some weekends as needed.

Job Qualifications:

· Must be able to pass a background, drug screen, and MVR check.

· Needs to be familiar with commercial lawn and maintenance equipment.

· Minimum 1-3 years experience in Lawn Maintenance

· Excellent communication skills -- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

· Show a desire to be a team player, exhibiting our Core Values

· Horticulture/landscaping knowledge is a plus

· Ability to work some weekends/evenings and in inclement weather.

· Ability to perform the physical demands of the position, including regularly lifting up to

50 pounds, standing, walking, crouching, stooping/kneeling, and reaching with hands

and arms.
