The Lead Generation Associate supports the Lead Generation Manager in identifying, contacting, and nurturing potential clients. This role focuses on research, outbound outreach, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate prospect data to help generate qualified leads for the Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Research potential clients, brands, and decision-makers across targeted industries.
  • Build and maintain prospect lists using online tools, social platforms, and internal databases.
  • Identify relevant contact details for outreach activities.

Outbound Outreach Support

  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, messaging platforms, LinkedIn, and phone calls under guidance.
  • Support cold-calling activities and follow-up communications.
  • Assist in introducing CREA’s services to potential clients.

Lead Qualification & Follow-up

  • Support the qualification of leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects to gauge interest and readiness for meetings.
  • Escalate qualified and engaged leads to the Lead Generation Manager.

Data Management

  • Log communications, follow-up schedules, and lead status updates.
  • Ensure data accuracy and cleanliness in lead databases.

Coordination with BD Team

  • Assist in arranging meetings between qualified leads and Business Development Managers.
  • Prepare basic background information and notes for handover.
  • Support administrative tasks related to lead management and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales support, lead generation, customer service, or similar roles is a plus.
  • Strong willingness to learn sales and client engagement skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales or business development concepts is advantageous.
