Lead Mobile Developer

BlueCloud Technologies is seeking a seasoned Lead Mobile Developer to head our cross-platform mobile practice. This is a dual technical and leadership role — you will define the mobile development standards and architecture while managing a team of developers and interfacing directly with clients and internal stakeholders. Your work will directly shape BlueCloud's mobile delivery capability and contribute to some of the most impactful digital transformation projects in the Kingdom.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of cross-platform mobile developers (React Native / Flutter)

• Define and enforce mobile architecture standards, development practices, and quality benchmarks

• Own end-to-end technical delivery of mobile projects from requirements through go-live

• Drive architectural decisions for scalable, maintainable, and secure mobile solutions

• Collaborate with PMs, BAs, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical plans

• Perform detailed code reviews and provide constructive, actionable feedback

• Contribute to presales activities: solution design, effort estimation, and technical proposals

• Manage technical risks and proactively resolve delivery blockers

• Coordinate with DevOps for CI/CD pipeline design, release management, and deployment strategy

• Champion continuous improvement across the mobile team's tools, processes, and delivery quality

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional mobile development experience, with at least 2–3 years in a lead or principal role

• Expert-level proficiency in React Native and/or Flutter

• Proven track record leading mobile development teams and delivering enterprise-grade applications

• Deep knowledge of software architecture patterns: MVVM, Clean Architecture, BLoC, MVI

• Hands-on experience with API design, microservices integration, and third-party SDK management

• Strong expertise in mobile performance profiling, optimization, and memory management

• Solid knowledge of CI/CD practices and DevOps tools for mobile releases

• Excellent communication skills — able to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience managing full project lifecycle: from discovery and scoping through delivery and handover

• Demonstrated ability to contribute to presales, proposals, and client-facing technical discussions

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with enterprise mobility solutions: MDM, SSO, SAML, or MAM

• Exposure to Microsoft ecosystem: Azure, SharePoint, Power Apps, or Microsoft 365

• PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent agile certification

• Prior experience at an IT consulting firm or Microsoft Partner organization
