Your Day-to-Day

• Develop and deliver onboarding, refreshment, and sales training programs for the sales team.
• Create, update, and maintain sales training materials and learning content.
• Facilitate training sessions, role plays, coaching, and mentoring to improve sales performance.
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, observations, KPI tracking, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and competency gaps.
• Prepare training reports and recommend continuous improvements to support business needs.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communication, Education, or any related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Sales Training, Sales Coaching, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Experience delivering sales training and a strong understanding of sales processes, customer handling, objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, presentation, and analytical skills with the ability to identify training needs.
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
