Legal Assisant / Paralegal Fund Investment Compliance AIFM

Aufgaben

Assisting with the life cycle of fund investments at all locations worldwide, registering funds, analyzing documents and contracts, monitoring deadlines, handling internal and external reports / Coordinating services for onboarding investment structures, making sure compliance (KYC, AML), opening bank accounts, updating the associated documentation, and collaborating with law firms, notaries, and authorities / Checking prospectuses, investor information, offers, fund documents, updating contracts, service level agreements, etc. / Ensuring compliance with regulatory and tax requirements and monitoring regulatory disclosure and reporting obligations / Supporting the maintenance of cooperation with law firms, notaries, and authorities / Updating and cleaning up data in the private equity database (customer master data), storing contracts in the systems, and administration after committee meetings.

Qualifikation

Legal Assistant or Paralegal (CAS), Business Lawyer (Bachelor’s or Master's Degree) / Professional experience as an assistant at a law firm specializing in business law, with an asset manager, or in a bank’s asset management division / Interest in fund investments, professional client service, and a dynamic environment / Analytical personality with a precise and meticulous approach to work / Strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently, efficiently, and under pressure / Interest in teamwork and mutual support / Interest in an international role involving analysis, organization, and coordination tasks, including multitasking / Ability to perform well under tight deadlines / Discretion and trustworthiness in communication / Clear and effective communication skills / Proficiency with MS Office / English.
