Logistics Supervisor

Sealy Mattress Middle East is a Saudi-based mattress and bedding manufacturer serving Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region. As a Sealy Inc. licensee, the company plays an important role in delivering trusted sleep products to customers across the region, with operations that rely on strong coordination across production, storage, and distribution.

This role is a key part of ensuring products move efficiently through the supply chain and reach customers on time. The Logistics Supervisor will support day-to-day operational excellence across warehousing, stock control, and dispatch activities, while working closely with internal teams and logistics partners to maintain smooth, reliable distribution performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily logistics, warehousing, and dispatch operations for mattress products.
• Coordinate inventory control to maintain accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Lead warehouse and logistics staff to ensure productivity, safety, and compliance.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to support on-time customer deliveries.
• Prepare operational reports and improve processes across storage and distribution activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 10+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or dispatch operations, including supervising warehouse operations.
• Hands-on experience with inventory control, stock control procedures, and dispatch operations.
• Experience managing inbound and outbound logistics and coordinating with warehouse staff, transport or delivery partners, production teams, or customers.
• Familiarity with warehouse systems, inventory tracking tools, barcode scanning, and dispatch or shipping documentation tools.
• Background in mattresses and bedding.
• Experience with warehouse safety practices, FIFO or FEFO inventory rotation methods, and process improvement routines in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Business-fluent English and Arabic.
• Saudi or Indian nationality.
