Warehouse Supervisor

Sealy Mattress Middle East is a Saudi-based mattress manufacturer and Sealy Inc. licensee serving Saudi Arabia and the MENA region. From its production operations, the company delivers premium bedding products with a focus on quality, consistency, and reliable service across its markets.

This role is a strong fit for a warehouse professional who can help keep core logistics operations running smoothly and accurately. As Warehouse Supervisor, you will play an important part in supporting the flow of goods across the business, working closely with internal teams to maintain efficiency, stock accuracy, and timely fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch operations.
• Lead warehouse staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and stock audits.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and warehouse operating standards.
• Coordinate with sales and production teams for timely order fulfillment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 10 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience.
• Hands-on experience using ERP systems, barcode scanners, RF handhelds, or inventory-counting tools.
• Strong working knowledge of cycle counts, stock audits, warehouse safety procedures, and dispatch and receiving workflows.
• Proven experience coordinating with sales on order fulfillment and with production on stock availability.
• Experience leading warehouse staff scheduling and performance management.
