About the Role
We are hiring a Manager – Finance to join our Thailand Finance team. This role is perfect for
someone with 5–7 years of strong accounting experience who is ready to move into a
broader, business-focused finance position.
We are looking for someone with solid expertise in accounting, compliance, and Thai
statutory laws, and who enjoys working closely with business teams. Experience in retail,
fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a strong advantage, as you will work closely with
store operations, inventory, and fast-moving commercial decisions.
You will be part of a dynamic, fast-growing team, with daily collaboration across Thailand and
the SEA region.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Reporting
● Handle daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, fixed assets).
● Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements (Thai GAAP + Group standards).
● Lead accurate month-end close, reconciliations, and journal entries.
● Manage intercompany transactions with regional teams.
Compliance & Audit
● Ensure compliance with Thai statutory laws, tax regulations, and audit standards.
● Manage statutory audits and coordinate with auditors and tax advisors.
● Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to group finance policies.
Business Finance
● Partner with retail, supply chain, and commercial teams on financial accuracy.
● Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews.
● Provide insights on store performance, inventory, margins, and costs.
● Influence decisions with strong retail/consumer business understanding.
Process & Systems
● Improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency.
● Support ERP/finance system enhancements and automation.
● Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred (not mandatory).
● 5–7 years of accounting experience (retail/fashion/FMCG/D2C preferred).
● Strong knowledge of Thai GAAP, tax, and statutory requirements.
● Excellent Excel and ERP (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) skills.
● Strong communication skills in Thai and English.
● Ability to connect numbers to business outcomes.
