As our Market Development Manager for Spain & Portugal, you'll be the driving force behind Shure's growth across Iberia. You'll identify new opportunities, build influential relationships,
grow strategic partnerships, and help customers discover innovative solutions that transform how people communicate, collaborate, and connect.

Responsibilities
You'll act as the main point of contact for our customers in Iberia, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution to accelerate growth across the region.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute the market growth strategy for Spain and Portugal.
- Build trusted relationships with customers, consultants, integrators, distributors, and industry influencers.
- Uncover, create, and develop new business opportunities.
- Drive demand generation and specification preference for Shure solutions.
- Lead distributor partnerships and help them maximize their potential.
- Own the regional pipeline and forecasting process.
- Turn market insights into actions that drive sustainable business growth.
- Collaborate with expert teams across Europe to deliver exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in market development, business development, channel management, consultative sales, or a related commercial role, preferably within professional audio, audiovisual systems, conferencing, collaboration technology, or a comparable B2B technology market.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, demand generation, opportunity development, and strategic market expansion.
- Experience working through distributors and channel partners within an indirect sales model.
- Strong understanding of solution selling, opportunity pipeline management, forecasting, distributor business planning, and project specification processes.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with end customers, consultants, system integrators, distributors, technology partners, and senior decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects through successful completion.
- Knowledge of the Iberian professional AV, collaboration, broadcast, production, or live events market is preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required. Portuguese language capability is advantageous.
PAY TRANSPARENCY
Shure offers a competitive compensation structure that is reviewed annually to attract, hire, and retain the industry’s top talent. Salaries vary based on qualifications, location, experience, and expertise in each respective discipline. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary for the opportunity. The salary for this position ranges from Euro 60.000 to Euro 100.000. This position may also be eligible for our incentive pay program, which varies based on individual and Company performance in the year. If your salary expectations do not align, still apply as we might be flexible on the seniority of posted positions. All positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
